Yoga: Basics for Wellness

Accessible to every level of participant, and will start from the premise that all of wellness is supported by the natural intelligence of Life itself.  And that being human, being more than any one thing, we are often out of balance.  Do you work too much?  Too little?  Do you rest enough?  Or are you restless at times?  Yoga asserts that these are all possibilities and invites us to exercise the body to access the innate wisdom within yourself, that can lead to more vitality,

greater freedom, and the greatest freedom, the ability to enjoy being yourself more deeply. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Align Yoga

These are mixed level classes which will allow individuals to go at their own pace.  Each class will offer an aspect of asana practice and modifications to refine one’s practice.  While we explore how aligning our minds with our bodies can enhance the beneficial, and vitalizing potency of Life itself.
