Our hips support us whether we are sitting or not. They are the gateway for our spine to ascend vertically, even as we traverse our world horizontally. The largest joints of our body, the strongest muscles of our body, sometimes the constriction of these muscles cause us to want more freedom in many dimensions.
This workshop will explore each dimension that our hips travel in. Taking us to a place of greater ease (sukkha). Fortunately, gratefully the antidote for any discomfort (dukkha) is a comfortable steady seat.
